Whatever you’re carrying, I’ll listen, I’ll ask thoughtful questions, I’ll notice patterns you might not see, and I’ll help you find the words for things that have felt too hard to say.
Sessions with me are laid-back and very human. I’ll challenge you when it matters, and laugh with you when things feel less heavy. I’m definitely not the kind of therapist who just listens. Therapy isn’t about fixing you, because you’re not broken. It’s about helping you feel like yourself again, and noticing what’s actually going on inside while we do it.
